Return Policy

Return Period:
You can return products within 3 days of the date of delivery. Please ensure that the return request is initiated within this timeframe. 

Eligibility:

  1. The return request is made within 3 days of the date of delivery.
  2. The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
  3. If a customer wishes to return a product due to personal preference or a quality-related issue, a standard reverse shipping charge of ₹50 will apply and will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, customers may choose to return the item to our warehouse using a courier service of their choice, at their own expense.
  4. We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 4 quantities are counted as a bulk)

  5. For products purchased from a third-party platform, the return/replacement policy of the respective platform from which the product was purchased will apply.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect:

In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect products upon arrival, we offer a return window of 3 days. Please note that any damage or defects occurring during transit are beyond our control. If you face any such issues, kindly contact our support department within the return window of 3 days for assistance with a replacement or return of your order.

Return Process:
1) Email us at admin@artiggle.com or reach out to us at +91 8888801773 with the order number, product name and reason for return.

2) In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect products upon arrival, we offer a return window of 3 days. Please note that any damage or defects occurring during transit are beyond our control. If you face any such issues, kindly contact our support department within the return window of 3 days for assistance with a replacement or return of your order.

3) Artiggle will bear the reverse shipping cost in case a faulty, incorrect or damaged item is delivered.

Return product refund:

  1. Once the pickup is completed and the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Once the product passes the quality check, we will initiate a refund.
  2. For COD orders, the customer will be asked to provide bank details to process the refund.
  3. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
  4. Once the refund is initiated, it may take 5-7 days to reflect in the bank account.

Order Cancellation Refund:

  1. Once the order is cancelled and the status is updated in the system, we will process the refund to the original payment source.
  2. The refund may take up to 5-7 days to credit in the bank account.
